Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer service issues and escalate them to the appropriate department or manager to ensure timely solutions
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, to maintain effective communication
  • Monitor import and export shipments and prepare job orders to support logistics operations
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files securely for easy retrieval and confidentiality
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and spreadsheets to track operational activities
  • Coordinate with customers and relevant parties to arrange trucking schedules that meet delivery requirements
  • Liaise with PSA and Jng Port to manage trucking details such as NMT import trucking timing, billing invoice corrections, portnet ESN settlements, and direct loading of export containers
  • Assist the controller in monitoring the daily job schedule to ensure containers are arranged efficiently
  • Control and arrange driver trucking containers from depot to customer locations, PSA, and Jurong Port to maintain smooth logistics flow
  • Calculate driver trip forms bi-monthly to process accurate salary payments
  • Handle driver petty cash claims to support operational expenses
  • Process payments to depots for extra charges incurred when containers are returned
