Job Overview

My client is seeking for Customer Service Officers to support corporate filing operations. The role involves contacting company directors to ensure timely submission of statutory filings and responding to related enquiries. This position is suitable for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with phone and email communication.

This is a 6-months contract position (subjected to further extension, up to 1 year)

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound reminder calls to company directors regarding statutory filings
  • Send follow-up emails to directors who are unreachable via phone
  • Respond to directors' enquiries related to filing requirements, where applicable
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups

Requirements

  • Minimum A Levels and above.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work well in a team environment
  • Relevant service delivery experience such as customer service, telemarketing, or call centre roles is preferred
  • Good communication skills in handling phone and email correspondence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
