JOB DESCRIPTION:

• \tCo-ordinate the order treatment with appropriate Solution Sales, Account Managers, Project Manager, Sales Operation, and Finance department.

• \tResponsible for generating orders and invoices

• \tResponsible for processing Credit Note

• \tAssist in administrative duties

• \tOther duties assigned by superior

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• \tScope: ASIA regions

• \tMain interface with sales, finance and project management during order treatment process.

• \tFollow up with Sales on PO to be receive

• \tOrganize kick off meeting (Engagement Review) at purchase order reception for projects with all solution actors: Project Manager, Sales and Finance (Oracle Engagement reviews)

• \tPO Booking in Oracle and tracking list & follow-up projects till invoicing

• \tSupport on Risk Order entry in system

• \tSupport the credit management on customers' overdue treatment with Sales & Finance team

• \tSupport the financial controller on quarterly PO booking consolidation

• \tAssist on monthly PO booking and billing data extraction and cross check with manual data

• \tAssist on tracking for transaction fee order management

• \tAssist on documents storage in local shared folder, arrangement for courier service on invoicing documents

• \tCollaboration with cross team / BU on order management process

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience

• \tMinimum Diploma

• \tAt least 2 years of relevant experience in backend customer service support

Skills

• \tSales administration and logistics (Letter of Credit, Payment Terms, Customs Rules...)

• \tSystem Tools : IT Literate (Microsoft Pack Office, ...), Oracle & Microsoft Dynamic knowledge is a plus

• \tProficient in MS applications: Advanced Excel & Powerpoint

• \tProficient in Power BI

• \tAbility to work across various organizations in the group
