Salary: Up to $3200
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, Office Hours

Key Duties:

• Provide first-level Information System (IS) helpdesk support to users
• Assist in maintaining and supporting company IT systems and applications
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues
• Escalate complex technical issues to relevant teams when required
• Support daily IT operations to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency

Requirements:

• Nitec in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and common IT applications
• Familiar with hardware, software, and basic network troubleshooting
