As a Guest Relations Hostess, you will welcome guests, manage reservations, and support service operations, ensuring every guest feels valued from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and farewell guests with warmth, professionalism, and grace
• Manage reservations, seating, and guest flow at the sushi counter and private room
• Handle guest enquiries and special requests with attention to detail
• Support the service team during service (serving food, clearing, table reset)
• Coordinate closely with chefs and service staff for seamless service
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of front-of-house areas

Who We're Looking For

• Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior F&B experience are welcome
• Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and guest-focused
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for hospitality and fine dining service
• Willing to assist in service and learn omakase service standards
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Training will be provided.
