- Provide on-site support various teams within organization
- Provide on-site frontline concierge service
- Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
- Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents.
- Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
- Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works.
- Provide administrative support and content to drive the monthly promotion
- Provide administrative and operational support to plan.
- Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge.
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen
- Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
Other Information:
- Location: Bukit Gombak and Redhill (Weekly Rotation between both Location)
- Salary: $2,300 - $2,600
- Performance Bonus
- 14 Days Annual Leave
- Contract ended in Jan 2029
- Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)
