Job Responsibilities
  • Defects management of internal unit and common area defects includes but no limited to liaising with the Purchasers, Developer, Main/Sub contractors, Resident's Technical Officer (RTO), Managing Agent and its representative for access, co-ordination Purchasers, Developer, Main/Sub contractors, Resident's Technical Officer (RTO), Managing Agent and its representative, for inspections and rectification work and signing off of internal units defects submitted by the purchasers (during Defects Liability Period & Post Defects Liability Period).
  • Provide good after sales services to the Purchasers, their representatives and their occupants.
  • Ensure that all defects rectification works are carried out properly and within the defined time frame given by the Client

Prerequisites
  • Customer service oriented
  • Experienced in real estate industry is an advantage
