THE ROLE

Responsible for supporting the manager in planning, developing and deepening marketing opportunities of new and existing sales channels.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Handle enquiries via phone, email and social media platform
  • Prepare sales proposals for existing and new customers
  • Execute order processing and order fulfilment tasks
  • Prepare invoices and work with Accounts Department to ensure prompt payments
  • Schedule work for technical teams to meet customers' timelines
  • Liaise with external vendors: suppliers, contractors, partners
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

** Saturday on work shift rotation from 9am to 12pm only (once every 3 to 4 weeks)
