Job Description

• Key in customers' orders into system
• Print out order pack lists and invoices
• Handle basic enquiry from customers
• Check on customer order status
• Email/ whatsapp invoices
• Other ad-hoc duties or administrative tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 'O' level/ diploma. No prior work experience required. Training will be provided
• Basic computer skills
• Detailed, careful, good attitude, customer oriented
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (Need to liaise with Chinese speaking customers)
• 5.5 days work week: Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30pm, Saturday 8am - 12pm (timing can be flexible)

Work location: Pasir Panjang Wholesale Centre (5 minute walk from Haw Par Villa MRT)
