About the Role: We are seeking a polished and service-oriented F&B Guest Services Executive to deliver exceptional butler-style hospitality for corporate and ceremonial events. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for fine service, attention to detail, and professional guest engagement in a premium environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide butler-style food & beverage service during meetings, events, and ceremonial functions.
• Set up tables, event spaces, and ceremonial props to ensure a refined and presentable environment.
• Greet, welcome, and attend to guests with professionalism, warmth, and discretion.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with service standards and protocols.
• Support kitchen and pantry teams with food and beverage preparation when required.
• Manage and track inventory of tableware, service equipment, and ceremonial items.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of service and storage areas.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties to support smooth event and daily operations.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
• Prior experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Hotel, or Butler Service is an advantage.
• Well-groomed, courteous, and service-driven with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a professional service team.
• Comfortable working in a formal or corporate service environment.
