Job Description

  • Checking in with tables during service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist floor operations during peak dining periods
  • Handling complaints or special requests quickly and professionally.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and report insights to management for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the restaurant's menu, promotions, and services to assist guests effectively.
  • Coordinating with servers, chefs, and managers to deliver seamless service.

  • Training and motivating staff to maintain high hospitality standards.
  • Collecting guest feedback and reporting it to management for improvements.
  • Build rapport with regular customers and encourage loyalty through personalized service.
