Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service & Support Specialists to assist users, manage inquiries, and deliver an exceptional support experience. Depending on the placement, you may provide email, chat, or voice support for global tech companies.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, or calls
  • Assist users with troubleshooting, account issues, or product navigation
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments
  • Deliver timely and professional customer support in a remote environment
  • Follow workflows, guidelines, and service-quality targets

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • Responsible, reliable, and adaptable
  • Ability to work independently from home

Bonus Skills:
  • Experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles
  • Knowledge of CRM systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, etc.)
  • Familiarity with remote collaboration tools
