Computer, Network & System Administration (Information& Communication Technology)

• Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software to meet company and clients' objectives. Performing troubleshooting to resolve IT issues for the Company and our clients
• Ensure proper documentation, incidents / request handling till closure
• Execute IT service requests including coordination and communication with clients
• knowledge of programming is a plus point
• other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements

• ITE/ Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology
• Proficient in MS office
• Good interpersonal skills & office organization skills
• Good Customer Service and Communication

• Mon - Fri (8.30 am - 5.30 pm)
• Full Time/Part Time
