Responsibilities

• Greet and handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Perform customer registration and update customer profiles in the system.
• Process sales orders, service requests, and customer records accurately.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and basic documentation when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer needs.
• Update and maintain customer data and records.
