A well-established company is seeking a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will provide frontline service at the collection counter, ensure a smooth and pleasant experience for all visitors.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service and issue orders at the collection counter.
• Handle product exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and support daily operations as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Min. GCE O/N Level
• With or without experience are welcome
