Incumbent reports to the Customer Service Manager in our Sales office
Assist department's needs and customers' follow-up, preparation of documents and coordinating shipments and insurance declaration of outgoing products
Process export / import orders and ensure accurate documentation (invoice, packing list, BL, COO, permits).
Coordinate with forwarders and warehouses for timely shipment.
Monitor shipments and resolve customs or delivery issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide updates and improve processes.

Requirements:

Diploma in Logistics or a related discipline
Experience in export documentation and shipping procedures in Asia Pacific region and order administration are essential
Minimum 5 years in export or logistics operations and proficiency in SAP is an advantage.
Must familiar with all 5 Areas: GSAP, ⁠Import & export documentation, ⁠Letter of Credit & bank negotiation, Warehouse and Carrier booking
