• 100% work from home
• 100% night shift
• This is a full time position for 3 months (subjected to renewal)
• $19 per hour
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in both Mandarin and English.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
• Provide accurate information and resolve problems efficiently.
• Document all interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English as you are required to translate for both Mandarin and English speakers
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM systems.

Equipment Deposit:
A refundable deposit of $150 is required for the headset and writing pad, which will be provided to you for this role.

Work Schedule: Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays (if applicable).
