Responsibilities
  • Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries professionally
  • Advise customers on music programmes, schedules, and fees
  • Support enrolment, payments, and daily front desk operations
  • Follow up on trial classes and sales enquiries
  • Coordinate with teachers and centre teams to ensure smooth operations


Requirements

Customer service or frontline experience preferred
Good command of spoken and written English
Service-oriented with basic sales confidence
Willing to work on weekends (off-days on weekdays)
