• Salary: $2400-2500/month

• Working schedule: Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries via email and phone, delivering timely and accurate support.
• Encourage and guide customers to use digital e‑services and chatbox tools
• Any other relevant duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Min. GCE A Level/ Diploma in any field
• Prior experience in customer service/administrative duties will be an advantage
