• Basic $2500 to $3500
• AWS + Bonus + Yearly increment
• Mon - Fri : 9am to 5.30pm ; Alternate Sat : 9am to 1pm
• Location : Changi Alps, company transport provided

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage air export shipments efficiently.
• Communicate directly with customers, providing prompt updates and flight details.
• Verify export documentation for compliance and accuracy.
• Stay updated on new airline and government export requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and promptly inform customers of any irregularities.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Ensure airfreight rates, export permits, and customs processes are accurate and up to date.
• Prepare and submit monthly customer reports on time.
• Ensure all shipments follow SOPs and are properly accounted for.
• Maintain effective communication with related departments (Ops, Warehouse, Traffic, Planning).

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in related field
• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in freight forwarding and export documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Singaporean only
