Location: Tuas (Company transport provided from Jurong East MRT)

Working Days: 5.5 days
• Mon-Fri: 8:30am - 5:15pm
• Sat: 8:30am - 11:30am

Salary: Base + AWS + Performance Bonus

Job Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries and service requests

Coordinate order processing and delivery arrangements

Filing and following up on invoices with issues

Issue credit notes

Submit invoices through customer portals

Update customer pricing in the system

Provide general administrative and customer support
