Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers courteously at the front-line, providing assistance with any faulty products distributed by us.
  • Respond promptly to phone calls and emails regarding product inquiries/servicing.
  • Conduct thorough testing to confirm the serviceability of products and follow up with the most effective solution.
  • Accurately input customer and product details into our in-house customer service report system.
  • Handle the returns of faulty products from superstores/dealers.
  • Maintain meticulous follow-up on assigned responsibilities.

Job Requirements:
  • Min 3 years prior experience necessary; a willingness to learn is essential.
  • Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in computer functions; Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
  • Competent in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Open to constructive criticism and providing valuable feedback/ideas for procedural improvements.
  • Interest in PC components, fitness & wellness lifestyle products.
  • Minimum of an "A" level cert.
