Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Engage with customers courteously at the front-line, providing assistance with any faulty products distributed by us.
- Respond promptly to phone calls and emails regarding product inquiries/servicing.
- Conduct thorough testing to confirm the serviceability of products and follow up with the most effective solution.
- Accurately input customer and product details into our in-house customer service report system.
- Handle the returns of faulty products from superstores/dealers.
- Maintain meticulous follow-up on assigned responsibilities.
Job Requirements:
- Min 3 years prior experience necessary; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in computer functions; Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
- Competent in verbal and written communication skills.
- Open to constructive criticism and providing valuable feedback/ideas for procedural improvements.
- Interest in PC components, fitness & wellness lifestyle products.
- Minimum of an "A" level cert.
