Primary Responsibilities(50%)
Researching potential clients and generating leads through outbound calls, emails, and other digital channels. Responding to inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person about products, services, or policies
Responding to inbound inquiries, conducting sales pitches, explaining product features, and answering customer questions.
Guiding prospects through the sales funnel, from initial contact toclosing deals, and managing follow-ups.
Building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clientsand identifying opportunities for upselling additional products orservices.
Achieving monthly sales quotas and targets and accurately tracking salesactivities and metrics using CRM software. Target of S$200K
Working with other sales and marketing teams to share best practices,align on strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Secondary Responsibilities (50%)
• General Sales Administration
• Processing orders and transactions, including returns,exchanges, and cancellation
• Generate DO and Invoices
• Prepare Payment Schedule to Supplier
• Manage delivery via third party warehouse
