Job Scope:

• Handle inbound/outbound phone calls or emails
• Handle inquiries
• Manage feedback and complaints, and liaise w backend support to resolve issues
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Minimum A Level required
• No experience needed as on job training will be provided
• Minimum commitment: Able to commit 3/6 months
