Roles & Responsibilities :
Job Requirements :
- Respond to inbound enquiries (phone/email) from potential customers.
- Proactively reach out to warm leads and existing clients to promote our product portfolio and upsell / cross-sell services.
- Qualify leads by assessing customer requirements (size, design, installation needs, etc.) and match them with our offerings.
- Prepare quotations and proposals in collaboration with the Product/Technical team.
- Work closely with Marketing to feedback on lead quality, campaign performance and market trends.
- Maintain strong product knowledge and understanding of service processes to confidently address customer questions.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, with retail experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented.
- Good business acumen: able to understand customer needs, convert enquiries into orders, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to thrive in a small team environment.
