Job Title: Customer service (ID3567)
Location: Changi
Working Hours: Monday to Fri 8:30am - 5:30pm, alternate Saturdays(wfh) 8:30am - 12:30pm
Salary up to: $3000
Job Description:
• Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing, sorting, scanning, and filing documents
• Reply to emails and perform necessary follow-ups
• Able to multi-task and manage multiple assignments efficiently
• Possess good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Work independently with minimal supervision and also collaborate well in a team
• Provide support in other ad-hoc and administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree or equivalent preferred.
• Basic customer service skills with the ability to answer enquiries politely and professionally
• Able to assist with simple administrative tasks such as preparing, sorting, scanning, and filing documents
• Able to email communication skills, including timely replies and follow-up
• Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple assignments efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
