We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will report to the Customer Service Manager APAC, working in a vibrant and energetic environment that fosters growth and collaboration.

What you will do:
  • Organizing and managing the customer database for Singapore & Malaysia.
    Inserting, managing and monitoring orders & delivery process; supporting Sales Managers to ensure that commercial policies and sales agreements are respected.
  • Managing the whole logistic process flow, as interface with HQ Planning and Logistics and Customer Service itself.
  • Providing service and assistance to the assigned customers for any issues related to the commercial and after-sales flow, and accounting matters.
  • Supporting sales and marketing teams in daily activities, such as reports generation, data analysis, POP orders, etc.
  • Assisting in all sales events and actively supporting the commercial session.
  • Manage sample set orders and allocations and assist in maintaining the showroom sample inventory.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and support the implementation of customer service or system enhancements.
  • Administer the Employee Eyewear Benefits Programme.


Do you have what it takes?
  • 2-3 years of previous full-time work experience in Customer Service teams, active in a highly competitive, brand sensitive, service-oriented market.
  • Work experience in the field of Eyewear/fashion/luxury goods is an advantage.
  • Structured approach to business and sales, well organized and with proven track record of CRM within a consumer-focused environment.
  • Proficient computer skills (Office especially Excel, SAP knowledge is advantageous);
  • Strong communications, positive thinking, ability to listen, recognized team player;
  • Capable of working independently with the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously.
