Responsibilities:
• Process sales and equipment repair service orders.
• Prepare quotations, purchase order, delivery order and reports.
• Track and monitor orders, deliveries and service jobs.
• Serve as a key contact for customers and distributors on order and service status.
• Handle warranty and repair documentation.
• Work with the logistics team on shipments, packing lists and delivery arrangements.

Requirements:
• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 2 to 3 years' experience in customer service or order processing preferablyin a manufacturing
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a senior role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP
• Independent and a good team player
