Job responsibilities
- Deliver quality customer service and support daily administrative operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Sharepoint and system.
- Manage walk-in enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with online payments.
- Undertake other assigned duties as required.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Proficiency in MS Sharepoint and MS Office (Word & Excel) would be an advantage
- Detailed-oriented and meticulous
