Job responsibilities
  • Deliver quality customer service and support daily administrative operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in Sharepoint and system.
  • Manage walk-in enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with online payments.
  • Undertake other assigned duties as required.

Requirements
  • Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Sharepoint and MS Office (Word & Excel) would be an advantage
  • Detailed-oriented and meticulous
