DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and

services.

2. Answering inbound calls and providing product/service information.

3. Following up with potential leads and scheduling appointments where required.

4. Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and feedback.

5. Meeting individual and team sales/appointment targets set by the company.

6. Handling customer inquiries in a professional manner and escalating issues where

necessary.

7. Performing any other reasonable duties as may be assigned by the company from

time to time.
