Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (depends on experience)

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Executiveto join our logistics team and ensure smooth shipment operations while providing excellent service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipments.
  • Coordinate bookings, shipping documentation, and liaise with internal teams and external partners.
  • Resolve service issues and maintain accurate records of shipments.
  • Support colleagues and contribute to smooth daily operations.

Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding customer service.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office; diploma or degree preferred.
  • Professional and cooperative in handling customer interactions and team support.
