Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on shipments.
- Coordinate bookings, shipping documentation, and liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Resolve service issues and maintain accurate records of shipments.
- Support colleagues and contribute to smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding customer service.
- Knowledge of shipping documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; diploma or degree preferred.
- Professional and cooperative in handling customer interactions and team support.
