IT Support Engineer

Join our team as an IT Support Engineer and be the go-to person for all things tech!

What You'll Do:

• Provide first-line helpdesk support during office hours.
• Troubleshoot Linux, Windows, network, VoIP, and other infrastructure issues.
• Support client and data centre network maintenance.
• Work with vendors and teams to resolve problems quickly.
• Contribute to designing and improving IT systems.

What We're Looking For:

• ITE/NITEC or Diploma in IT, Computer, or Networking.
• Basic networking know-how (TCP/IP, OSI model, NAT).
• Knowledge of VoIP (SIP, RTP, WebRTC) or cloud (AWS) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and a team player.
• Fresh graduates welcome - training provided!
