• Assisting patients with registration and providing comprehensive explanations on what to expect during their care journey
• Scheduling of appointments
• Collection of payments
• Conducting financial counselling

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline/ GCE 'A' Level/ 'O' Level /Higher NITEC in Service Skills
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Meticulous and adaptable
• Preferably 2 years' experience in frontline customer service
