Hotel Guest Service Executive

Basic Salary: $2800 - $3200

• 5 days work week

• 3 shifts rotating

• 9.5hrs per shift, 45mins break

*meal allowance, upselling incentives and Performance Bonus

Working Location: (Chinatown)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure all hotel guests receive timely and courteous service.
• Respond to guest complaints, requests, and inquiries promptly and politely.
• Understand guest preferences to provide services that meet their needs.
• Stay knowledgeable about hotel facilities, functions, and current tourist information.
• Maintain professional, courteous relationships and clear communication with all hotel staff.
• Handle any additional tasks assigned by superiors with diligence and professionalism.
