Our client is looking for a Guest Relations Executive and be the welcoming face of the hotel!

You'll work closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure prompt, courteous service, while handling guest enquiries, requests, and feedback with professionalism.

You'll help create personalised guest experiences, stay updated on hotel facilities and nearby attractions, and maintain strong communication with all departments. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends & Public Holidays
