Key Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare order
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock.
  • Check order details to ensure accuracy before dispatch.
  • Coordinate with courier/logistics providers for pickups and tracking.
  • Receive and inspect incoming and returned stocks
  • Respond and assist with customer enquiries

Requirements

  • Prior experience in order fulfilment, warehousing, or e-commerce preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiar with basic computer tasks (e.g., printing labels, updating order status).
  • Positive attitude and team player.
