Responsibilities:

- Handle all customer enquiries, sales, post-sale customer service and on-going customer relationship management
- Deliver an excellent level of customer service to maximize sales, customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure daily and monthly KPIs are met and exceeded
- Deliver fantastic service and sell to new and existing customers via voice call, email and/or online chat bot
- Manage all incoming calls for pre-sales enquiries, sales enquiries
- Perform outbound follow-up calls to customers to help deepen relationships and cross-sell, upsell our products and services
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level with at least 1 year of customer service experience.
- General Insurance (BCP and PGI) certification would be an advantage.
- Insurance call centre work experience preferred.
