The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling client and worker enquiries and providing timely, accurate, and professional support. The role requires a service-oriented individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support service operations both remotely and onsite at events or roadshows when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries received via email and phone, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
- Participate in events and roadshows, which may be held on Sundays, public holidays, or other assigned days.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and assist with related data collection or reporting requirements.
- Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines as required by the client.
- Maintain a high standard of service quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in all interactions.
Requirements & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle enquiries with patience and clarity.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
