Role Overview

The Customer Service Officer will be responsible for handling client and worker enquiries and providing timely, accurate, and professional support. The role requires a service-oriented individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support service operations both remotely and onsite at events or roadshows when required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to customer enquiries received via email and phone, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution.
  • Participate in events and roadshows, which may be held on Sundays, public holidays, or other assigned days.
  • Conduct customer feedback surveys and assist with related data collection or reporting requirements.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory guidelines as required by the client.
  • Maintain a high standard of service quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction in all interactions.

Requirements & Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle enquiries with patience and clarity.
  • Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
