Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service & Support - Be the first point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving shipment queries.
- Shipment Coordination - Manage bookings, prepare shipping documents, and coordinate delivery arrangements.
- Documentation & Compliance - Ensure all export/import paperwork is accurate and meets customs and company standards.
- Team Collaboration - Work with the sales team on quotations and rate requests.
- Continuous Improvement - Identify areas to simplify and enhance daily operations.
Requirements:
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills and a drive to improve
- Knowledge of freight documentation, customs regulations, and industry best practices is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with freight management software is a plus
- Capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
