Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and process various sales-related activities
  • Prepare delivery orders and sales invoices
  • Manage customer interactions, including creating quotations, invoicing, and scheduling deliveries
  • Familiarity with B2B corporate sales processes
  • Process sales orders and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and accurate tracking


Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the semiconductor and electronic components industry
  • Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
  • Proficient in IT skills, including advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Experience working within a multinational team environment
  • Ability to build and maintain customer trust
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels and work independently
  • Capable of multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
  • Skilled in managing multiple cases simultaneously and responding promptly to unexpected issues
