Responsibilities:

• Take order from customers locally and overseas, process booking with shipping carriers and vendors
• Provide customers with constant updates on their shipment status or request
• Ensure smooth operation of airfreight and sea freight shipment, Import and export and crosstrade
• Maintaining a good relationship with overseas agent and new/existing customers
• Attend and resolve customers' enquiries and/or complain, ensure that all issues are addressed accordingly
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare full set shipment documentation
• Other ad-hoc jobs as assigned

Requirements:

• At least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Well versed in English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
• Preferably 1 year of experiences in the relevant
• Location: Central!
