Client Relations & Office Support Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time / Internship)

We are looking for a Client Relations & Office Support Assistant who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent administrative support. You will help manage enquiries and ensure smooth client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support client-facing communications through enquiries, calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record updates.
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to provide course and service information.
  • Ensure client data and enquiry records are accurate and up to date.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with post-enquiry documentation.
  • Coordinate billing, payments, and basic finance-related documentation.
  • Maintain good client relationships and provide after-sales support.
  • Assist the team with operational and ad-hoc tasks when required.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holders in any discipline can apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Competent with MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
  • Able to work independently, organised, and service-oriented.
  • Immediate starters or long-term commitment is an added advantage.

Salary

  • Negotiable (progressive with commitment period)
  • Performance and attendance bonus available

Location

5-minute walk from Jurong East MRT.
