We are looking for a Client Relations & Office Support Assistant who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent administrative support. You will help manage enquiries and ensure smooth client communication.

Responsibilities
- Support client-facing communications through enquiries, calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Perform daily administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and record updates.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to provide course and service information.
- Ensure client data and enquiry records are accurate and up to date.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and assist with post-enquiry documentation.
- Coordinate billing, payments, and basic finance-related documentation.
- Maintain good client relationships and provide after-sales support.
- Assist the team with operational and ad-hoc tasks when required.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree holders in any discipline can apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Competent with MS Office, Google Workspace, and online collaboration tools.
- Able to work independently, organised, and service-oriented.
- Immediate starters or long-term commitment is an added advantage.
Salary
- Negotiable (progressive with commitment period)
