About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our mover and warehousing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys providing excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Manage incoming leads and respond promptly to customer enquiries
• Record customer enquiries and relay information to the Sales Team
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in customer service is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams
• Independent, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace preferred)
