Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of Customer Service Officers to provide timely and accurate responses to queries received via email and telephone.
  • Understand the relevant policies and provide guidance to team members on complex cases.
  • Handle escalated cases or perform service recovery if necessary.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure holistic service delivery.
  • Perform quality assurance checks and maintain quality service standards.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends and propose initiatives to improve service delivery.


Period:
  • 2 years contract (renewable)


Location:
  • Depot Road


Working hours:
  • Mon - Fri: 8am - 5.30pm


Salary:
  • $3,000 - $3,500


Job Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline
  • Proficient in English to liaise with native English-speaking clients
  • Experience in Customer Service related fields
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Desire to go the extra mile for customers
  • Knowledge of SAP-HR is an added advantage
