Airport Customer Service Officer (1-Year Contract) - JL

Location: Changi Airport (Nearest MRT: Changi Airport)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Working Hours (Inclusive of 1-hour lunch break):
  • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
  • Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • Support Shift: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays)
Shift details will be explained during the screening call. Candidates cannot choose preferred shifts.

Basic Salary: Up to $2,631 per month

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site assistance to international travellers with submission of forms on SG Arrival Card and Electronic Health Declaration Card
  • Guide travellers in using automated lanes
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Minimum GCE O Levels
  • Able to stand for long hours throughout the shift
  • Open to rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools
  • Entry-level applicants are welcome; on-the-job training will be provided
