Job Description:
My Client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Client Service Executive to manage 1-2 assigned agency accounts. You will be the main point of contact for day-to-day agency requests, coordinate with internal teams, and assist in preparing proposals for agency endorsement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned agency accounts.
  • Manage day-to-day agency requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Liaise with internal teams to coordinate in-house and consultancy requests.
  • Prepare proposals for agency endorsement.

Requirements / Skillsets:
  • Experience in account management, client servicing, or customer relations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client correspondence and internal coordination.
