Roles & Responsibilities

1. Manage key customer accounts with a strong customer-centric approach.

2. Act as a bridge between business managers (oriented China Team) and customers to ensure smooth communication and understanding.

3. Promote and share the full range of goods and services offered by Jaspore Marine.

4. Play a defining role in communication with the Customer Center and HQ Sales team (oriented China Team), responding to urgent enquiries and handling complaints.

5. Drive sales revenue for business in local docking shipyards and site projects through the local branch office.

6. Lead the team or act as a sounding board and sparring partner for other Key Account Managers in the local branch.

7. Mentor junior staff on work-related issues and professional development.

8. Handle customer requests including sales quotations, itinerary changes, re-routing, and last-minute requirements.

9. Receive and host customers during visits to the local office.
