Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding product information, order status, and delivery issues.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve complaints efficiently, escalate where necessary, and provide practical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and third-party couriers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and resolution of issues.
- Account Management: Maintain up-to-date customer records, including contact details and order history.
- Feedback & Reporting: Gather and document customer feedback, offering insights to enhance processes and the overall customer experience.
- Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction with resolutions and services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum N Level, ITE, or higher/equivalent qualification.
- No experience required, training provided.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
