Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding product information, order status, and delivery issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve complaints efficiently, escalate where necessary, and provide practical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Coordinate with internal teams and third-party couriers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and resolution of issues.
  • Account Management: Maintain up-to-date customer records, including contact details and order history.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Gather and document customer feedback, offering insights to enhance processes and the overall customer experience.
  • Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up with customers to confirm satisfaction with resolutions and services.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum N Level, ITE, or higher/equivalent qualification.
  • No experience required, training provided.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
