💼 Environment: Fast-paced Call Centre (Government-related projects)

Responsibilities:
📞 Handle inbound and outbound calls as well as emails
💬 Attend to public inquiries and provide accurate information
⚙️ Manage feedback and complaints, coordinating with backend teams for resolution
🗂️ Assist with ad-hoc administrative or support duties as assigned
