A wholly foreign-owned in the business of electrolytic capacitors at ASEAN region, we invite suitable applicant to apply for:
ENGINEERING EXECUTIVE [CUSTOMER SERVICE]
I. THE JOB (core) :
Liaise with Head Office and/or ASEAN subsidiaries on QA matters (include R&D).
Attend / reply to customers' queries via email / telephone / video conference.
Coordination of IATF audits with external and internal auditors too.
Provide technical support to ASEAN subsidiaries and customers.
SERVICE SUPPORT : Ability to present the technical aspects of our products to customers (potential &/or current), to understand how our products can support their requirements.
CUSTOMER INTERACTION : Identify customers needs, give recommendations and/or solutions how our products can support the customer via on-site / off-site technical presentations.
POST-SALES SUPPORT : Support the after sales service with implementation, training and troubleshooting (if any) of our products.
II. THE PERSON:
(A) ACADEMIC
NITEC / Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Microelectronics Engineering or any related engineering field.
(B) PROFICIENCY
Minimum 2 years of related assembly experience preferably in an electronics / semiconductor industry / Electrical Power Industry.
An aptitude to analytical soft skills to identify problems.
(C) PERSONALITY
Keen aptitude to learn, self-driven with good communication skills.
Positive attitude and a flair interest to solve problem meticulously.
Able to handle tasks independently with minimum supervision.
